On the day of departure, we ask you to dispose of the rubbish in the containers provided and to check-out until 10:00 a.m. If your apartment is not occupied immediately, we are happy to offer a late check-out on request. Since we have a small son, it would be a great help if you let us know the time of your departure one day in advance. Thank you!

By car, you can get to Merano or Tirolo via the Brenner Pass (motorway), Reschen Pass (country road), or Jaufen Pass (mountain road).

The route to la Libella is a little tricky the first time and, according to our guests, the sat navs in cars are very inaccurate. We recommend Google Maps.

If you are coming from Merano or the Passeier Valley and follow the signs for "Dorf Tirol/Tirolo" at the Tirolo junction, there are two access roads to la Libella:

• Directly on the slope that now leads to Tirolo, there is an inconspicuous road on the left with the signs for "Zenoberg". If you follow this variant for about 500m, turn right into the narrow spot at the next junction at the "Zenoburg". La Libella is signposted there. (The road that leads down takes you to the old town of Merano. Note: no entry after 200m). After around 200m you will come to another narrow spot between the restaurants "Knödelglück" and the "Felsenkeller". Drive into the dead-end street and private road. (Do not go up to the right).
   
• Another option leads directly down to the left in the first bend to Dorf Tirol, past the fire station. Once you reach the bottom (Knödelglück restaurant), turn right into the narrow spot into the dead-end street and private road.

In both options you stay at this height (do not go up to the right) and after a sharp right-hand bend drive through another narrow spot by the "Garni Hubertus" to the end of the road. There you will find la Libella with its spacious parking place on your left.

FRESH BREAD SERVICE

From Monday to Saturday, farmer Manuel and his family bake fresh bread and delicious cakes according to grandmother's recipe on their farm in Terlan. Your order is then delivered to la Libella... and all this while you are still sleeping. Farmer Manuel is also happy to bring you milk, butter and fresh eggs.

You can find coffee, tea, cereal and jams in our shop.

Orders are made until 8:00 p.m. via a WhatsApp group to which we will invite you when you arrive. Payment is made when you leave, please in cash.

If you arrive on a Saturday and would like to find bread and other products from farmer Manuel on arrival, you are welcome to place an order before 7 p.m. on Friday. Please let us know briefly at info@lalibella.it and we will send you the list of products and then forward your order to farmer Manuel.

BREAKFAST BUFFET

At our neighbor "Villa Gang" you can enjoy a rich breakfast buffet. Please ask for a table one day in advance directly by our neighbor Hernannn. Available from Easter to the end of October.

In the upper arcades, below the parish church on the right-hand side, there is a supermarket, also open on Saturdays and Sundays. On the ground floor you will find bread, sausage and cheese. On the first floor there are vegetables and dairy products.

A few meters from the supermarket there is a pharmacy.

• Every Friday is a big market day in Merano. Praderplatz, towards the train station.
• On Saturdays, the Merano farmers' market takes place in the upper Freiheitsstraße.
• On the last Saturday of every month, you can visit the Merano flea market on the upper promenade towards the Wandelhalle!
• During the long Tuesdays-Events in summer, you will find live music as well as a small market with local products from farmers.
• Not to forget the magical Christmas market from the end of November to the beginning of January.

There you follow the path that leads to the houses, cross the street and reach the entrance to the Gilf Promenade. This takes you along the river (the “Passer”) to the center. In the opposite direction, you avoid the steep climb up the stairs and it is a very worthwhile walk back to la Libella (30 - 40 mins).

You will find two pull-out containers under the sink in your kitchen, one for residual waste (with nylon bags) and behind it one for cans and bottles. The small container is intended for organic waste.

Various labeled containers and boxes are available for waste disposal in the wooden barn to the left of the shop. We ask that you only dispose of plastic bottles in the container for plastic. Please put nylon and packaging material in the residual waste. Thank you!

• The pool is only part of the facilities in Suite #5. If the suite is not occupied, we are happy to make the heated pool available to other guests. We will let you know at check-in if and when this is possible.
• Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. Outside, we ask you to be considerate.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Holding events and parties is not permitted.
• Please do not give the Italian mocha in the dishwasher.
• To protect our hardwood floors, we ask our guests to bring slippers.
• Please flush only toilet paper and no other hygiene products.
• We ask our guests to position the curtains in the suites so that they do not get caught in the balcony door.
• Please make sure that there are no objects underneath when closing the roller blinds. Any damage will be charged.
• Guests should treat the rented apartment, its inventory and the outdoor facilities with care. If damage occurs during the rental period, guests are obliged to report this immediately.
• Our environment is important to us. We therefore ask you to dispose of the rubbish in the appropriate containers.
• High-quality drinking water flows from our taps. We therefore recommend to not buy water in plastic bottles.
• In order to guarantee peace and privacy, the apartments and outdoor areas of la Libella may only be used by our guests and not by external visitors. Your friends are very welcome to visit during the day. Please inform us.
